Our stay at Andreas’ place was just perfect. The flat is very cosy, tastefully decorated and very clean. Besides that, Andreas made everything to make our stay perfect. He sent us the keys in advance, answered questions very quickly and let us stay til the late afternoon the day we left. We would definitely book it again, perhaps in summer, to enjoy the terrace during the warm summer nights.

I had a stay of 8 days in Andreas apartment, which is in real a bit smaller than I thought. The flat is aside, but still central. A very quit place – that was very helpful, since I had to work. Nice, safe, functional and with well conceived details. The huge terrace is a big plus!

Our stay in Barcelona was amazing! The apartment was stunning, very central, close to everywhere we wanted to be! With the amazing terrace and windows overlooking the street. The apartment was very comfortable and very modern yet homely finishings! I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone. Everything was very easy, the collecting of the keys, getting to the apartment by taxi wasn’t even 20minutes drive. All in all it was amazing!

We just got back from a 5 days trip to Barcelona. The apartment was not too big, but very nice and functional and the terrace was beautiful. We used it everyday. The location is a bit aside from the beach and the shopping, so we walked alot, which we did not find to be a problem.

Vi var på ferie i Barcelona i juni 2015. Vi er en familie på fire . To store barn. Leiligheten var akkurat som beskrevet. Gode senger og delikat innredet. Veldig deilig med aircondition og wifi som fungerte godt. Heis opp til 4 etg var også veldig praktisk.Praktisk med supermarked rett ved og kort avstand til det meste. Tak terrassen var SUPER. Her spiste vi frokost, solte oss på dagtid ,og slappet av om kvelden.Andreas har vært lett å kommunisere med hele veien og veldig behjelpelig. Etter en uheldig opplevelse i Barcelona,vil jeg understreke det faktum at vi er i en storby og det ER behov for å passe på verdisaker og ta forhåndsregler hvor du enn er og ferdes.

Andreas was a terrific host and kept in contact before and during my stay, making sure all was ok. The flat was great, with an amazing roof terrace- would highly recommend it! Well kitted out for everything you need and very comfortable. Location was good and on a quite street. Had a really great visit to Barcelona, and very much enjoyed staying here.

We travelled with our two teenagers in June and stayed six days in the apartment. It was the perfect size, very well maintained, hip and super functional. The rooftop terrace is right above the flat and a fabulous oasis of quiet and privacy in a bustling city. Ideal for suntanning, having meals or just sitting around with a glass of Rioja. Nicely decorated, specially fun at night with beautiful lights. The quarter is a little rough around the edges, yet full of character, and very authentic. The street is quiet, and felt safe at all times. It was easy to get to, taxis are always available at Rambla del Raval, and close to all the main attractions. I ran to and along the beach from the the flat a few times, and enjoyed it tremendously. Playas are within a 5 minute taxi ride. Andreas was a great host and communicator. Always responsive and very clear. The apartment made our stay in one of Europe’s most beautiful cities even better. Thanks!

This is a brilliant apartment! It’s location is excellent for exploring Barcelona and Raval is a wonderful district which made us feel very welcome. Andreas was a great host and helped with local knowledge and checked in during the week to make sure we were ok. The terrace is fantastic, it gets the sun throughout most of the day. We spent most of the day’s up there and in the evening with the lights it looks magical. Best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona very much. Only 5 days but a great break, for both us and for our 2 teenage children. It was so useful to be able to ask Andreas questions about the apartment and the location before leaving the UK and therefore be able to plan our trip and packing accordingly. The apartment was clean and in perfect condition for our arrival, with a bottle if personalised Cava in the fridge! Now that’s good! We found nothing to be missing in the way of amenities, with the roof terrace as icing on the cake! It was the perfect base, Andreas. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

Our experience in Barcelona was fantastic. Andreas was a very good host. Although we never met in person, he stayed in contact with me throughout the stay to make sure everything was okay. He emailed me a pdf handbook with very good information such as how to get to and from the airport, restaurant recommendations and handy apartment tips. The apartment was a good size for the three of us; it was comfortable and well equipped. I was a little concerned about the location while I was searching on Airbnb (because we were three women staying alone), but I inquired with Andreas about it and he reassured me that it was safe, and he was right. It’s a short walk over to La Rambla where we grabbed breakfast at La Boqueria market and it’s also a short walk to the metro. We pretty much walked everywhere from this location…the gothic quarter, El Born, Plaza Catalunya, the waterfront and many restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Stayed there together with my girlfriend and my parents in early October. We all loved it!!! Modern and clean apartment that was perfectly equipped with just the right exclusive and cozy things that made it to something much more than just a place to sleep at. We had breakfast on the sunny terrace every day and while my girlfriend made omelet etc in the kitchen, I made bacon on the terrace grill. So relaxing! Every evening before going out for dinner we also had some sparkling wine, olives and prosciutto out there under the pergola. Just close your eyes and imagine how wonderful those moments can be. The apartment is very well located with walking distance to the Gothic area, Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, the port etc. Andreas was very nice and went the extra mile to make our stay fabulous! He was always very helpful and he always responded instantly on our questions. This was extra appreciated on the day we left the apartment. And to everyone who gets a chance to rent this place in the future: Please, please treat it with much care so that he keeps it here on Airbnb. Because I would just love to stay there again!

The terrace is great and well equiped (bbq, lighting…). The localisation is good near ramblas, piazza catalunya… The flat is functional, it’s ideal for 4 people. Andreas is very kind and attentive. I recommend this flat

To date, this was easily my best Airbnb experience. Andreas was superb with communication, suggestions, accurate information, and has just the right touch to make your stay at this amazing flat, comfortable and perfect. His quick response time, detailed neighborhood and apartment book and well appointed home made me feel like I was really staying at my best friend’s place in Barcelona. The apartment itself is wonderful. Clean, functional, well designed and decorated. And the terrace (see pictures) speaks for itself. I would not hesitate to return and would easily recommend this home. An A++ grade for the top Airbnb stay I’ve had so far— this one will be hard to beat.

andreas is a really well organised host, although we never met everything went super smooth. when i had questions he always answered emails within an hour! he sent me keys beforehand and a pdf with really clear instructions along with pictures of where to find what in the area. the apartment is really as nice and clean as the pictures promise and the terrace is the bomb! the beds are very comfortable to sleep on and so are the couch in the living room and the outdoor couch on the terrace. i tried all three as the friend i shared my room with had a bit of a problem with my snoring 😉 honestly the best airbnb experience i had so far!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement d’Andreas. L’appartement est situé en hyper centre, il est donc possible de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Concernant l’appartement il est cosy et très propre. Il y a tout ce qui faut pour faire la cuisine, se laver et bien dormir (les lits sont très confortable). La grande terrasse donne un beau point de vue sur les toits de Barcelone. Enfin, Andreas a été un super hôte nous procurant toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour.
